Refunds/ Shipping

We want to keep all our customers healthy. No refunds or exchanges. We take care at packing the bottles as they are glass however if you get one that is broken please let us know via email at enjoisweets@outlook.com (send photos) and we will work fast to get a replacement sent out to you. 

 We send out most orders same day or next business day. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 1 to 8 business days depending on your choice of shipping options listed below:

Economy (2-5 business days) $7.00-$11.00 Depending on weight.

Economy (5-8 business days) $5.00-$11.00 Depending on weight.

Please note USPS does not guarantee transit times.  On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. EnJoi is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We ship within 3 business days of purchase.  Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped within 3 business days. (If you need your order sent ASAP feel free to email us at enjoisweets@outlook.com and we will make sure your package is prepared and sent out the same or next day.) 

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.
